Sewage Cleanup
Sewage backups are classified as Category 3 -- the most hazardous water damage scenario. Our biohazard-trained crews wear full PPE including Tyvek suits, respirators, and chemical-resistant boots. We extract all contaminated water, then remove and bag porous materials like carpet, padding, and lower drywall sections that contacted sewage. Every surface is scrubbed with hospital-grade disinfectant, and we apply enzymatic deodorizers that break down organic contaminants at the molecular level rather than masking odor. Air scrubbers run for 24-48 hours post-cleaning. We perform ATP surface testing to verify sanitization meets safe levels before clearing the space for reoccupation.
